Le Ballon Sushi was born from the dream of Walter and Laura and their love for Japanese culture and cuisine, which they wanted to reintroduce in the beautiful setting of Trevignano Romano.
Here, Japanese products meet the excellence of homegrown raw materials: Italian Sea Bass, Tuna and Shrimp, to which is added a premium quality Norwegian Salmon. Ingredients from which spring original, innovative and tasty flavor combinations.

The view of Lake Bracciano, Blue Flag in 2022 as well, the Japanese-style lights and the “mise en place” contribute to a charming and relaxing atmosphere.
The sunset from the terrace, which has only 11 tables, makes for a unique dinner, accompanied by soft lighting, background music and the most beautiful view of Trevignano Romano.
The result of our work is that pleasant surprise that we read in the eyes and hear from the words of the people who visit us.
The wine list has been built thinking about the combinations that best go well with our dishes.
